I had come to breaking point

What lead me to hypnotherapy was the fact I have tried many other forms of therapy with little to no improvement in my problems. Suffering with anxiety and depression for many years, I had come to breaking point and decided to give this type of therapy a chance, though I was very apprehensive. Matt reassured me and made me feel completely at ease within each session. Though at first I was sceptical, I can honestly say it was one of the best decisions in my life. My anxiety levels have lowered, if not at times completely gone and my depression has eased. Those things that held me back in life, have lost hold over me, I feel like a new person and my outlook is very different to before therapy. Thank you, Matt, for your time and patience and your amazing ability to help change my mindset. I feel these sessions were a good investment for both my mental health and wellbeing and I do encourage others to give it a chance.
