I don’t automatically go to a hundred bad thoughts
I decided to go to for treatment because I’d been suffering from anxiety for years. It had got to the point where I wasn’t eating or sleeping and in the last year, it had gotten really bad. I managed to get a lot off my chest at the sessions and learned to relax in a lot of situations where I wasn’t relaxing before. The sessions also helped me to set important boundaries in my life and make sure that people respect them. I feel a lot calmer in myself and I don’t automatically go to a hundred bad thoughts, I just work slowly through them. I can just shut it down now.
