After accepting an appointment or booking a training with UnchainYour Mind via the website, telephone, or email, you the client in accepting the appointment or training also accept the following conditions for the appointment.

Appointment deposit:

All appointments are subject to a £15 deposit. This deposit must be paid within the time specified in the appointment confirmation. Failure to do this will result in the appointment being cancelled.

Cancellation/moving of appointments:

24 hours notice must be given to cancel or re-schedule an appointment. If less than 24 hours notice is given then 50% of the full session fee will be charged.


The £15 deposit is fully refundable with 24 hours notice.

The smoking deposit is refundable with 72 hours notice.

Individual sessions and packages are not refundable however cancelled sessions may be rescheduled up to 365 days after the date of the original session. After 365 days has elapsed the cancelled session can no longer be re-scheduled.

Payments for trainings and events are refundable up to 14 days after payment.  You may also move to another training date up to 14 days prior to the event start date so long as the new training date is within 12 months of the original date.  Customers may only move each training to another date once.


If a gap of more than 365 days occurs between any two sessions of a package then the remainder of the package will be considered expired.  Expired packages and sessions can only be used at the discretion of Unchain Your Mind.


Appointment times are as stated by the therapist. Late attendance for a session may not guarantee a full session.  If you arrive more than 15 minutes late your session may be cancelled or rescheduled at the discretion of your therapist.

Sessions may finish 5 minutes before the end time stated in the scheduling email to allow your therapist time to complete their notes for your session.

One to one sessions:

At all times there is complete confidentiality between therapist and client, subject to all legal conditions.

The length of the appointment is at the discretion of the therapist. Although scheduled for a specific length of time, if it is appropriate to end the session earlier, this is at the discretion of the therapist. Whether the session is ended earlier or extended, the consultation fee remains the same.


We will use all reasonable care and skill in providing the service that you choose. It would be unethical to provide a guarantee for a clients treatment, there is no medication, operation or procedure that has a 100% success rate across the board and clients experience may vary from person to person.

In the event that the therapy is unsuccessful, we do not offer a refund or part refund.


These terms and conditions are governed by and to be interpreted in accordance with English law and in the event of any dispute arising in relation to these terms and conditions or any dispute arising in relation to the web site whether in contract or tort or otherwise the English courts will have non-exclusive jurisdiction over such dispute.
