Unchain Your Mind is a clinical hypnotherapy and coaching practice located at Labs House in Central London (the closest underground station is Holborn). Our mission is to spread the word that neuroscience has changed therapy and personal development so that more people can benefit from the life-changing transformations that are now possible. Unchain Your Mind was founded by Hypnotherapist, Coach, Speaker and Author Matt Cullen.
Matt’s first contact with therapy was at The University of St Andrews where he studied Philosophy, specialising in the language patterns that make up modern hypnosis. Since graduating with a Special Master of Arts Degree in 2003 and a Postgraduate in 2005 he has also qualified in Clinical Hypnosis at the University of West London and holds a diploma in Clinical Hypnotherapy from the prestigious London College of Clinical Hypnosis.
Matt has studied far and wide, travelling the globe in search of the most effective techniques in hypnosis, NLP and many other disciplines. He is qualified as a Master of NLP, Time Line Therapy® and Hypnotherapy, a Certified Practitioner of Havening Techniques® and he is also highly qualified in both mesmeric and magnetic healing.
His approach is guided by his previous career as a computer programmer. Matt thinks of the mind as being similar to computer software and the problems he helps people to solve are simply bugs in that software. He encourages people to explore this metaphor fully because the majority of computer problems are in the software rather than equipment. This idea has become the philosophy of Unchain Your Mind™.
